The second Astarte brought by Atlas and the spiritual leader of the Astarte. Meriel possesses the Power of Growth given by Atlas. The illegitimate daughter of the Illier's Medici Family, she is known to have disappeared while being raised within the st.111 nursery. She is wary of going to areas other than the Sky Road and does not take missions that require her to leave the place but occasionally listens to the news of Ailis from Drachen.
